Since ALVIXO Creative Agency operates as a service-based digital design and development agency, we provide customized project milestones rather than physical products. Therefore, we do not support physical returns. Our refund guidelines are outlined below.
All design and development services (websites, branding, video editing, poster and banner campaigns) are delivered on a milestone basis. Once a milestone is completed, reviewed, and approved by the client, the payments associated with that milestone are non-refundable.
A deposit payment (typically 50% upfront depending on scope) is required to schedule and initiate a creative project. This upfront deposit is non-refundable once design research, layout sketching, or coding has actively commenced.
If you choose to cancel a project in the middle of active design or development, you will only be invoiced for the specific hours or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation. Any pre-paid amounts for uncommenced project stages will be fully refunded to your original payment channel within 7–10 business days.
Hosting setup fees, domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and premium plug-in licensing fees purchased on behalf of the client are third-party charges and are completely non-refundable once registered.
