By requesting a digital service quotation, submitting our contact forms, or initiating payment, we assume you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Do not continue to use ALVIXO's website or services if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ALVIXO Creative Agency and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all code drafts, visual sketches, and marketing concepts produced during active development. Once final milestone payment is received in full:
Clients agree to settle invoices according to the milestone schedule defined in their project contract. Upfront deposit payments must be finalized prior to commencing layout works. Payments can be processed via our supported merchant gateways (Stripe, PayPal, PayHere). ALVIXO does not hold card numbers or CVVs on our databases.
In no event shall ALVIXO, nor any of its developers, designers, or directors, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the launch of digital products designed by ALVIXO.
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any disputes.
